These two German cuties wanted to celebrate their love with a Boulder Colorado engagement photography session before they returned home.  Melly was my roommate for six months when she moved to Boulder from Germany to be an au pair for the family upstairs. When they came back for a visit a few weeks ago, I knew I had to get these two in front of my camera! They’re playful, sweet and genuine. Oh, and they love Colorado as much as I do! I truly do see the love and adoration between these two and it’s beautiful to witness! You’ll see, too.

Chatauqua Park in Boulder, Colorado has an iconic view of the local mountain range, the Flatirons. Besides the obviously stunning view, it was a must-stop for us, since we had so many memories there.

I mean, what a beauty!

As the sun set behind the mountains, we chased the light to the other side of the Flatirons. One thing I love about Colorado, there’s almost nowhere you can go that isn’t beautiful!!

One thing I love about these two is their tenderness for each other. She’s sweet, curious and genuine. He’s playful, light-hearted and kind.  Salih is always there for Melly, to hold, to support and more often than not, to make her smile. And she always does reward him with a smile!

Blue mountain ranges are absolutely among my top favorite things in the world. Blue hour is almost as beautiful as golden hour if you as me!
